What does Embassy need to approve to receive passport for baby?

Once the  birth certificate is issued then you will  go to the nearest US and apply for the babies CRBA, also you MUST perform the DNA test required by the USA, and then it depends on the embassy the time it takes to get your baby’s passport, but usually it takes between 3 and 5 weeks after getting the birth certificate, this is a typical time frame.
