What happens after our baby is born?

The CARE Surrogacy Center has well-established measures in place to create the intended parents' legal rights — in a smooth and relaxed process.

Once the baby is born, there will be a legal course of action continued in Villahermosa to attain the baby’s passport and Mexico City to grant you the baby’s birth certificate; and additionally create the intended parents' legal relationship with the child, and terminate the surrogate's parental rights.

Our legal team and notary will accompany you to Villahermosa and Mexico City to make sure that every part of your Family Building process is backed with complete joy and happiness.

The particular legal arrangements will highly depend on the intended parents’ specific circumstances and preferences and we will cover these measures more in-depth during your consultation with our CARE team.
