Our legal team is presenting our cases to the authorities pleading the need for a surrogate, proving that there is no other way for our patients to be biological parents on their own. Also it is mentioned that restricting surrogacy is against the human right of reproduction, and that of women to do with their bodies as they choose, in this case, to assist people to become parents.
We have done this and have succeeded, we have in progress surrogacy journeys in Jalisco with “Amparos” resolutions that were granted.
